Meet the founder
Victor Arman
Director, Gwenova Limited
Victor trained in design before he picked up the tools. He studied architecture in Bucharest, went on to earn a degree in Industrial Design at the National University of Arts Bucharest, and has worked in the construction industry since 2018: from steel erecting and architectural metalwork on commercial sites to property improvement, and professional painting and decorating since 2024.
That mix of a designer's eye and hands-on site experience is how Gwenova works: careful planning, accurate setting out, clean detailing and a finish that looks right.

Victor oversees project delivery and has hands-on experience across construction, architectural metalwork, painting, decorating and property improvement. He is NVQ Level 2 qualified in steel erecting and architectural metalwork, and holds SMSTS and IPAF.
